What versions of Windows does FoRS support?

Currently FoRS is supported on Windows XP, Windows 2000 (Service Pack 3), Windows 2003, and Windows 98/ME.

What Database Server is supported?

FoRS used Microsoft SQL Server to store its data. FoRS can also be deployed with Microsoft Data Engine (MSDE) for small installations.

What network environments does FoRS support?

FoRS can work on all TCP/IP networks. However, FoRS is NOT supported on Novell Environments and Servers.
What is the minimum requirement for a FoRS Server?

FoRS Minimum requirements include:
  • Pentium III processor
  • 512MB of Memory
  • 5GB of Harddrive space
  • Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 2003 or higher
  • Internet Explorer 6.1

Only Version 4.8 and higher are supported under Internet Explorer 7.
